The May issue of the Marian Intelligence Advisor is available in portable document format (PDF). You will need to have a PDF reader, like Adobe's Acrobat reader, in order to access the files. It may already be installed on your computer, so simply try downloading if you are not sure if you have it. If this doesn't work, you may download a free version of the Acrobat. A link is provided to Adobe's web site on the following page. This report is designed for civil defense purposes. It has a well-documented risk-assessment and analysis section of about 28 pages, to help the uninitiated become aware of the present danger. The remainder of the report discusses the probable characteristics of a third world war, the possibility of adequate warning of a nuclear attack, nuclear weapons effects, and it has a detailed discussion of nuclear-biological-chemical warfare shelter alternatives. Individuals who are interested in organizing their community in civil defense preparations may wish to include their contact information on page 48, in the space provided. All the pages are formatted with binding offsets for double-sided printing, for those that are interested in distributing this 53 page document in hard copy form.
